Thanks for writing this. It’s so easy to get carried away with the promise of quantity even though you would much rather produce fewer words that mean something. I didn’t participate in NaNoWriMo but I did accomplish other goals.

1. Attended the virtual Singapore Writers Festival 2020
2. Spent time at the local bookstore and library
3. Met other writers, editors, content creators – both face to face and online
4. Read books
5. Submitted writings to new outlets
